This ghost takes the form of a human head with flesh attached without skin or other limbs. It likes to suck the blood of women who are pregnant or have recently given birth.

This ghost is a pasugihan jinn that takes the form of an old man with a long beard [usually reaching his stomach].
17. Hantu Bengkek-Ketapang
This ghost lives in the river, has a bald head, and one long arm. Its right arm is not as strong as its left. It is said that it can be driven away by throwing a free-range chicken egg at it.
18. Welthok-Surabaya
Small in stature, with a flame on its scalp. It likes to hunt for shrimp on the riverbank, which it eats after first roasting them on its head.
19. Pulung Gantung-Gunung Kidul
It takes the form of a floating ball of fire and is a bad omen. If it circles above a house, the inhabitants will hang themselves.
