In addition to the main facilities supporting the exploration and processing of mined gold, there are also several other supporting facilities, such as a health clinic, an administration building, a camp for workers, and several other buildings.

The gold content at Martabe can be classified as a relatively high-grade gold deposit.

Not only gold, but silver and copper have also been found there. Six gold mineral deposits have been identified.

By the end of 2017, the Martabe gold mine had produced 8.8 million ounces of gold and 72 million ounces of silver.

Furthermore, this area also has gold ore reserves that continue to increase, from 3.2 million ounces to 4.7 million ounces in the same year.

Gold mining in this area is carried out open-pit mining, located in hilly areas or ridges suspected of containing gold.

The gold mining industry in Martabe involves processing gold-bearing rocks through grinding and stockpiling of gold ore to ultimately produce pure gold.

PT. Agincourt Resources holds the business license for gold exploration and processing in Martabe.

This company is an Indonesian mining company with a policy of supporting local businesses, thus preferring domestic suppliers and contractors for its procurement of goods and services.

Although the gold mine is managed by PT. In Agincourt Resources, the local government still holds a 5% stake, with PT ANA, a regionally-owned enterprise (BUMD).
