PT Archi Indonesia Tbk holds a Contract of Work (CoW) for a 40,000-hectare mining concession in North Sulawesi, which includes the Toka Tindung Mine.

The gold mine in Central Kalimantan is located in Pujon Village, Central Kapuas District, Kapuas Regency. This village has been a center of gold mining activity since the 1980s, with the majority of its population depending on the mining industry for their livelihood.

This activity involves not only legal but also illegal mining, which has given rise to various conflicts and social problems in the local community.

Although most residents appear to live comfortably, owning cars and motorcycles, the impact of illegal mining often leads to environmental disasters and internal conflict.

The local government and related parties continue to strive to regulate and control mining activities to ensure they comply with existing regulations, while safeguarding the environment and the sustainability of the local economy.
