PT. Agincourt Resources is the largest gold producer in Sumatra, with gold mines in several locations: North Tapanuli, South Central, and Mandailing Natal, North Sumatra, covering a total area of 130,252 hectares.

Meanwhile, Natarang Mining is located in Bandar Negeri Semuong, Tanggamus Regency, Lampung, and covers an area of 10,540 hectares.

6. Kalimantan

Kalimantan holds 40.3 million tons of gold ore reserves, placing it in sixth place. The two gold producing companies in Kalimantan are PT. Indo Muro Kencana and PT. Kasongan Bumi Kencana.

PT. Indo Muro Kencana has a mine in Barito, Murung Raya Regency, Central Kalimantan, covering an area of 47,940 hectares.

Meanwhile, PT. Kasongan Bumi Kencana is located in Katingan Regency, Central Kalimantan, with a land area of 12,380 hectares.

7. Maluku

Finally, Maluku holds total gold ore reserves of 6.82 million tons. The largest gold producer in Maluku is PT. Nusa Halmahera Minerals.

This company has a mine in North Halmahera Regency, North Maluku, with a land area of 2,168 hectares.
