However, due to a lack of understanding of effective mining techniques and related management, despite having mining permits, companies like Trio Kencana and Vio Resources often fail to reach productive production.

This phenomenon is not uncommon in Indonesia. In fact, PT Kemilau Nusantara Khatulistiwa's permit is not registered in the public register, likely for the same reason.
