The gold mine is located in Way Linggo Forest, Gunung Doh Village, Tanggamus Regency, Lampung Province, covering an area of 40 hectares.
According to the 2022 Regional Government Cooperation Plan (RKPD) Guidelines, published on lampungprov.go.id, Tanggamus Regency is not the only region with gold mines.
West Lampung also holds gold reserves covering 16,783 hectares, while Way Kanan Regency boasts gold reserves worth 829,680 tons.
